Great news! If you have a great project idea but can't come up with the full 1:1 non-federal match, we have something to share with you.
Recent changes to the ACE Act have made it possible for us to accept applications for federal funding, even if they don't have the full non-federal match. The change is that the 1:1 match is now at the Partnership level, not the project level.
We can use any overmatch to offset a match shortfall for an individual project.
So if you want to submit a project that doesn't have the full match, we will consider it this year.
